Detnirp's Lair
This is Detnirp. He is a Fyrewild dragon and came to the Sanctuary, with many of his brothers, their mates and other Fyrewild dragons. Fyrewilds are all unique, with unique genes etc, and they all lived in the wild, much like gypsies. It is hard to determine ancestry in Fyrewild dragons, as it is almost a generic last name given to all of them. Detnirp is striped, and you can try and win one like him at Sanctuary Adoptions. Simply click on him, and he'll send you to where you can apply.
Detnirp is often quite and reserved, although he has his moments and is steelily strong if he or anything he cares about is ever threatened or in danger. He did have a very impressive hoard, but it was destroyed in a blazing fire which he was unable to prevent. Left with hunks of melted gold and ruined emeralds, he buried the lot and joined some of his fellow Fyrewilds in their journey here. He has nothing, and though sometimes feels a little lonely, he likes it that way - that is until he finds something else worthy of his protection or care.
Detnirp is, though, on the lookout for a prospective mate. He decided that is certainly time for him to settle down, and as at present he is attatched to nothing, he thinks it good that he could even go to his mates lair to live, if she wished it. But, he is happy here and has made friends with many dragons of the Sanctuary, Sanctuary Dragons and those of his own kind.
